Dr. Elizabeth Duke is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist whose work with animals and love of the natural world has deeply influenced her understanding of the healing arts. She has previously worked as a dog and horse trainer, as well as providing riding lessons to a variety of experience levels.

Dr. Duke has experience in a variety of equine therapy settings aimed at strengthening the body, mind, and spirit, including Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy and Therapeutic Riding. At her last practice, she developed an Animal Assisted Therapy program, where she conducted psychotherapy with equines and canines.
